Returns

At Joyful Nest we understand that things don't always fit like we expect! Especially with growing little feet! Here at Joyful Nest we work hard to bring you the best quality and products we can.  Here is what you need to know first:

**ALL MOCCS MUST INCLUDE A FILLED OUT RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM...FOUND AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE**

1. To receive a refund or exchange moccs, the moccs must be in new condition and within 30 days of original purchase.

2. The canvas bag is yours to keep! Please do not return these. Exchange moccs will be shipped out in plastic baggies.

3. For a refund: 

    - Moccs can be dropped off if you picked them up locally or mailed back to us (at your cost). If you would like us to email you a return label (to mail from your home) we are happy to invoice you for the shipping and get that label to you quickly. 

    - Once your moccs are received and condition is confirmed we will issue a full refund in the form or store credit. Store credit never expires! 

3. For an exchange:

    - Moccs can be dropped off if you picked them up locally or mailed back to us (at your cost). If you would like us to email you a return label (to be able to mail from your home) we are happy to invoice you for the shipping and get that label to you quickly. 

    - Once we receive your moccs and condition is confirmed we will ship the new moccs to you! We will cover this shipping. 

    - We do have a quick turn over rate here with sizes and styles. We will do our best to hold a size for you while you ship moccs back to us. We can not guarantee the same style or color will be available but we will do our best to find you another pair that will work!
